The program
PMCC sends text messages from our office to customers and prospective customers who ask us to. Messages include replies to your inquiry, estimate and quote updates, scheduling and appointment confirmations, project updates, and service reminders. We do not send marketing or promotional texts.
How you opt in
Consent is collected in writing when you request an estimate or sign up for service. You see and agree to the following consent language before any text is sent:
By providing your mobile phone number and agreeing to text messages from Professional Marine Construction Company (PMCC), you consent to receive service-related text messages from PMCC about your inquiry, estimate, scheduling, project updates, and service reminders. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to opt out, or HELP for help. Consent is not a condition of any purchase. Your mobile phone number and opt-in information are never shared with or sold to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
Confirmation and opt-out
After opting in, you receive a welcome text confirming your enrollment. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP, and get help by replying HELP or by calling 305-619-5086. Opting out stops all messages from our number immediately.
