These terms cover the text messages Professional Marine Construction Company (PMCC) sends from its office phone line. PMCC is a marine and general contractor at 1700 N Roosevelt Blvd Ste 6, Key West, FL 33040, phone 305-619-5086.
What we send
We send two kinds of text message and nothing else.
- If you call our office and ask us to text you, we send you a summary of the details you gave us on the call, so you can check them. That is your name, the address of the work, your phone number, your email address, and what you asked us about. You reply YES if it is right, or you reply with the correction. If you do not reply, we send you at most two reminders and then nothing more; the office may call you instead.
- If you work for PMCC and you signed up for office notices, we send short notices about calls the office answered.
We never send marketing or promotional texts, and we never text you about anything other than the inquiry you called about.
How you agree to receive them
Customers agree by voice on a recorded call. Our office assistant asks whether you would like your details by text or by email, and only somebody who asks for a text gets one. Staff agree in writing when they are set up.
Agreeing to texts is never a condition of getting an estimate or having work done. You can say email, or say no to both, and everything else works exactly the same.
Stopping them, and getting help
Reply STOP to any message and the messages stop immediately. Reply HELP, or call 305-619-5086, for help.
Frequency and cost
Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. PMCC does not charge you for these messages; your mobile carrier may.
Carriers
Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Your number
We do not share, sell, or otherwise provide your mobile phone number or your text messaging consent information to any third party or affiliate for marketing or promotional purposes.
